Are there any setup fees?

No! We want to keep it as simple as possible. The pricing you see for the hats is what you pay. (If there are special requests, there may be additional charges.)

What are your turnaround times?

Typically, 5-10 business days, but these can vary slightly depending on Current inventory and how quickly you approve mockups and stitch-outs.

Do you provide mockups?

Absolutely! This is the first step in the process after the order is placed. Also, after the mockup is approved, we stitch out one hat and send that to you for approval before starting on the rest. This process eliminates any surprises once you receive the hats.

Are there quantity minimums?

No, you can order as few as just one, but pricing is drastically reduced per hats the more hats you get.

Can you embroider any logo?

Although we can embroider most logos, there are some that we cannot. Logos with super small text or a lot of intricate detail do not work well with embroidery. We can always work with you in simplifying your logo to ensure it stitches properly.
